Brooke Holding Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CCCC Dredging Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd, Hextar Mitai Sdn Bhd, and CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company Limited, International Ltd. (CCDC) to establish a strategic framework for cooperation in pursuing and executing projects across Malaysia on 9 June 2026 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).

The collaboration will focus on opportunities within the oil and gas industry, marine infrastructure, offshore decommissioning, oil terminal and storage facilities, port and coastal engineering, civil infrastructure, as well as low-carbon and green energy sectors. Through this partnership, the parties aim to combine their expertise and capabilities to support Sarawak’s energy transformation agenda, enhance national energy security, and contribute to sustainable economic growth.
