Brooke Holding Sdn. Bhd. was founded to carry out the corporatization exercise required by the Brooke Dockyard and Engineering Works Corporation under the Repeal and Successor Company Ordinance 1994. Brooke Holding evolved from the former Brooke Dockyard and Engineering Works Corporation and has positioned itself as a Government-Linked Company that plays a key role in the oil and gas sector and infrastructure projects.

Additionally, Brooke Holding has expanded its operations into the renewable energy sector and carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS).

With over 400 skilled professionals, BHSB aspires to be the global choice for engineering and construction solutions in Green Energy Technology and Infrastructure. Its services include EPC/EPCIC of offshore facilities, living quarters, subsea template fabrication, low-cost transportation, and installation. The company also focuses on infrastructure projects like bridges and water treatment plants, marine engineering, and expansion into renewable energy and Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) sectors.

In terms of quality assurance, BHSB has significantly upgraded its Quality Management System (QMS) to align with international standards, receiving certifications for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety). Notably, BHSB is recognized by the Malaysian Book of Records as the first fabricator yard in Malaysia to be certified for ISO 45001:2018.
Yard Capacity and Expansion Plans
Our Yards
BHSB has made substantial investments in facility upgrades and yard expansions. The Sejingkat yard has a proven capability of handling 8,500 metric tonnes, while the Demak Fabrication yard can manage an additional 10,000 metric tonnes, culminating in a total proven capacity of 18,500 metric tonnes per year.
